Method number 3: Leave it in plain sight.

Use Logic: InGameIcon with Image_Set: = GAME_INGAMEICONZ_TOOLZ_WINGZ

Method number 4: Put it in a Giant Rock.
No matter what 'team' they are on, a Gauntletz Grunt, (Suicide) Bomber Grunt or Time Bombz Grunt can break or blow up a Giant Rock, or a Shovel Grunt can dig up a Time Bomb next to a Giant Rock, revealing the Tool in the middle, where Tile #290 was placed.

Method number 5: Ask for it.
One of the solver's Gruntz can use a Megaphone to call for the Tool.

Method number 6: Steal it (back).
Turn a Tool Thief carrying the Tool into a Goo Puddle , then pick up the Tool he leavez behind.

Missing a Bridge across that Tar Pit? That Griddle too hot to walk on (I'm melting!)?
This is just the ticket to reach a place over terrain that is "not safe" for seventeen Tilez.
This Tool can help you solve the problem of how to get from here to there when those legz of Goo won't do the trick!

Wingz also may be used as a weapon (weak weapon, surely, but a weapon nonetheless) to push an enemy off its perch.
The miniature tornado you generate with those Wingz has a random effect, unlike the Sponge Gun mentioned above in another member. While a SpongeGun will alwayz push an enemy directly away from the shooter, Wingz might actually cause the enemy(s) to come closer to the shooter! The effect of Wingz is to push the enemy Grunt to any one of the nine Tilez (yes, nine!) nearest the Grunt ... including the Tile the Grunt is already standing on!

If you want to create a frustrating puzzle,
create a situation where the solver must use Wingz to push an enemy Grunt to a specific location.

Those Wingz, although weak, reduce the health of an enemy Grunt each time the tornado hitz, so the solver may turn that enemy Grunt into Goo before they can manage to push the Grunt to where the solver needz it!

Travel speed: 600 millisecondz per Tile ... 300 millisecondz per Tile with the Super Speed PowerUp.

Used as a weapon
'Hit' value: 2/20 ... enemy Grunt who is up to four Tilez away turned into a Goo Puddle after tenth tornado.

Assumption: Grunt teleportz into an enclosed area of two Tilez next to an enemy 'Post Guard' Grunt (neither can move), and beginz the fight.

21 Welder's Kit 20 lose 18
22 Wingz 2 draw 0 Actually, both lose ... loser's tornado is on its way!
* GunHatz take no damage from a SpongeGun and half damage from any other ranged weapon Gruntz.
** Shieldz take no damage from Bare-handed, (Boxing) Glovez or other Shield Gruntz, and they take half damage from many other Gruntz.
An opponent's 'Hit' value in Yellow indicatez half damage.
An opponent's 'Hit' value of '0' in Red indicatez no damage.
An 'undecided' result is because of random delayz (flailing, etc.) by either opponent.

Grade: D 15 W6-D3-L14 (-143 -183) poor offense, unique utility

The solver, using "hit & run" tacticz, can greatly alter the resultz against most enemy Gruntz.
