21 - Welder's Kitz

Method number 1: Enter the game with it.
Edit Objects Dialog Box
Use Logic: GruntStartingPoint with Powerup: = 21 ... other fieldz as necessary
Method number 2: Cover it up.
Edit Objects Dialog Box
Use Logic: CoveredPowerUp with Powerup: = 21 ... other fieldz as necessary

Method number 3: Leave it in plain sight.
Edit Objects Dialog Box
Use Logic: InGameIcon with Image_Set: = GAME_INGAMEICONZ_TOOLZ_WELDERZ

Method number 4: Put it in a Giant Rock.
No matter what 'team' they are on, a Gauntletz Grunt, (Suicide) Bomber Grunt or Time Bombz Grunt can break or blow up a Giant Rock, or a Shovel Grunt can dig up a Time Bomb next to a Giant Rock, revealing the Tool in the middle, where Tile #290 was placed.

Method number 5: Ask for it.
One of the solver's Gruntz can use a Megaphone to call for the Tool.

Method number 6: Steal it (back).
Reduce the health of a Tool Thief carrying the Tool to zero (he explodez), then pick up the Tool he leavez behind.

Most Toolz require two or more 'hitz' in order to turn an enemy Grunt into Goo.
But use a Welder's Kit on an enemy Grunt, and one shot is all that is required ... with no Goo left behind to suck up!
A powerful weapon, indeed ... but one with a lot of overhead.
It takez a long time to re-charge the tankz, and in the meantime even a Bare-handed Grunt can "put the hurt" on the Welder.
If the enemy Grunt is moving (usually toward the Welder, attacking), it is difficult to hit that Grunt.
You must anticipate where the enemy Grunt will be, and aim for that spot, rather than directly at the Grunt.
Unlike Springz, Toobz or Wingz, a Welder's Kit doesn't help the Grunt get anywhere easier than a Bare-handed Grunt.
This is strictly an offensive weapon, of limitted value even for defense against an attacker.
An enemy Grunt who is up to four Tilez away (The Grunt on the dark tile is out of range), unwilling (or unable) to move ... he's toast!
Otherwise, you'd better be unreachable (on a pedestal?), or have track shoez ... and use them!

Travel speed: 600 millisecondz per Tile ... 300 millisecondz per Tile with the Super Speed PowerUp.

Used as a weapon

'Hit' value: 20/20 ... enemy incinerated with a single shot.

Assumption: Grunt teleportz into an enclosed area of two Tilez next to an enemy 'Post Guard' Grunt (neither can move), and beginz the fight.

* GunHatz take no damage from a SpongeGun and half damage from any other ranged weapon Gruntz.
** Shieldz take no damage from Bare-handed, (Boxing) Glovez or other Shield Gruntz, and they take half damage from many other Gruntz.
An opponent's 'Hit' value in Yellow indicatez half damage.
An opponent's 'Hit' value of '0' in Red indicatez no damage.
An 'undecided' result is because of random delayz (flailing, etc.) by either opponent.

Grade: A 41 W19-D3-L1 (+301 +261) all offense ... no utility

Note that in "the real world" any Grunt (except Warpstone and Wand without "Rolling Ballz") free to move can easily defeat a Welder that is not a "Hit & Runner", using "Hit & Run" tacticz. (It's a little bit harder against a "Hit & Runner". )
