Brown Brickz are normal Brickz, easily broken by a Gauntletz Grunt.
Note: | for the Brickz listed below, you may need a TimeBombz or SuicideBomber Grunt .
Red | Brickz are hardenedBrickz.They can be broken, but the Gauntletz break also.
Blue | Brickz are easily broken, but cause a Teleportation effect.
Gold | Brickz are super-hard Brickz, cannot be broken by Gauntletz, but nothing hurt.
Black | Brickz are explosive Brickz, easily broken. Every Grunt within one Tile of the Brick is killed when broken. |

Brown Brickz are not always truly brown! Brickz logics may be coded in such a way that the solver cannot see the true color of the Brickz; they all appear to be brown. Many times you will see a Gruntz puzzle with a SpyGlass Grunt in it.More often than not, the reason is that brown Brick stackz contain some other color Brick; if there is more than one Brick in a stack, at least one of them is truly brown.Beware of Brickz of another color.The job of the SpyGlass Grunt is to reveal the true nature of the stack of Brickz!The true color of any Brick within two Tilez of the SpyGlass Grunt is revealed when he looks at a Brick with his SpyGlass.If you have a SpyGlass Grunt, put him to work revealing the true color of any Brick that your Gauntlet Grunt is tempted to break! |
||||||||
Nothing but brown (ordinary) Brickz in the stack Gauntletz can break brown Brickz safely. |

A red (gauntletz-breaker) Brick somewhere in the stack Gauntletz can break a red Brick, but the Gauntletz are lost. (A Bomb or TimeBomb(er) might be useful for these.) |

A blue (teleporter) Brick somewhere in the stack When broken, nearby Grunt(z) get teleported to random locations. (A TimeBomb(er) is especially useful for these.) |

A gold (unbreakable) Brick somewhere in the stack Gauntletz cannot break gold Brickz, but nothing is lost or damaged. (A Bomb or TimeBomb(er) might be useful for these ... they can break any Brick.) |
||||||||

322 | one | gold | layer | between | two brown layers | remains after top layer is broken
323 | two | brown | layers | topped by | one Gold layer | remains ... nothing is broken by Gauntletz
323 | two | brown | layers | topped by | one Gold layer | remains ... broken by a bomb
A black (explosive!) Brick somewhere in the stack When broken, any nearby Grunt getz killed by the explosion. (A TimeBomb(er) is especially useful for these.) |
||||||||
324 | one | black | layer | remains after top layer is broken
325 | one | black | layer | topped by | one brown layer | remains after top layer is broken
326 | one | brown | layer | topped by | one black layer | remains after top layer is broken
327 | one | black | layer | topped by | two brown layers | remains after top layer is broken
328 | one | black | layer | between | two brown layers | remains after top layer is broken
329 | two | brown | layers | topped by | one black layer | remains after top layer is broken
Note: adding a (Brown) Brick to a stack hidez the nature of the other Brickz! (It is not supposed to be possible to add a colored Brick to a stack containing a colored Brick.) |
