|These Tilez are usually associated with a CoveredPowerup logic, which controlz whether anything will be left behind when the Mound is dug up, and what Tile will replace the Mound.|
If no CoveredPowerup logic is associated with the Hole/Mound, a Hole (196) or (198) will become a Mound (196->195) or (198->197), and a Mound will become a Hole ("flip-flopping").
If the 'Smarts:' value of the CoveredPowerup logic is '0',
the Mound 195 will be replaced with Tile #1 of the graphicz set and
the Mound 197 will be replaced with Tile #9 of the graphicz set .
