It would make perfect sense if the Tool/Toy required to satisfy the SecretLevelTrigger would in some way also be required to get through (at least the first part of) the Secret Level. An enemy Grunt dangerous enough at the entry point to cause mpilovethisgame in order to solve it, if the Tool/Toy was not there, ready for use.
