in the upper part of the square marked N13 are only reversed 
by the YTS 
in square in square N12. in the lower part of the square marked N13 are reversed by the Yellow Toggle Switch in square M1 and also by the YTS in square N12 (so the YTS in M1 must be pressed twice).
