Send one of the bare-handed gruntz on the left side to get the brick laying tool and megaphones calling for bricks.
Send all 3 gruntz to get bootz. Lay bricks on the west and east empty tiles in the middle area between orange pyramids (so that enemy thief grunt is trapped after going through the BW) and also in the path of blue enemy grunt on the left (so that he steps on the switches at the right time in order for the olive to press the BOTS). There are 2 strategies to solve this part:
- rohit's solution: Position gauntletz next to the south OUDS, bare-handed gruntz next to west brick in the middle and give power pill to brick-layer and have him step on the north OUDS. The enemy thief gruntz will pass through BW and land on the released enemy gauntletz (if your timing is right). Enemy thief then goes and attacks brick-layer tool but as the grunt has a powerup he kills the enemy thief and retakes his tool. I never used the red and black tile provided.
- swietymiki's solution: Use the roidz powerup to lay your bricks faster. Place the black brick from the gruntz machine at the end of the left gauntletz grunt's path, to make him explode after he is no longer needed. About the red brick, put it as the last brick in the stack that the right gauntletz grunt will try to break, so he will lose his tool at the same time when he clears his way to the trapped thief grunt. Send one of your gruntz on the north OUDS to activate the puzzle. After the enemies finish their work, you can easily kill the remaining bare-handed grunt without losing health.
Bootz goes through spikes in the north and gives up his tool to enemy gruntz, getting a toy in return.
On the right side, one of the bare-handed gruntz gets the shovel from the area behind electrical outlets. Both shovels then kill enemy gruntz around holes area and the second the bare-handed gruntz picks up the rockz. Use it to dispose of any enemies in range. All 3 gruntz now go north-east and use the purple switches and green switch (controlled by olive) to get to the enemy thief with bootz. Kill him and pick up the bootz with your rock grunt.
Bootz goes through spikes and gets the gauntletz. He breaks some bricks around the sugar cubes.
On the left side gauntletz and the bare-handed gruntz use bomber tool to get rubber ducky. All 3 gruntz go south, kill all enemies (except the thief and the bomber) and go through green switches. One of the gruntz lures the purple bomber to break the giant sugar cubes on the right side revealing a spring tool.
On the right side, the one of your shovelz goes through the yellow arrows giving his tool the thief next to the BOTS. The bare-handed grunt then takes springs, goes through the griddle and presses the BOTS. He then teams up with the remaining shovel and goes to the area with lots of olives in the east. One of the gruntz gets a toy car.
The spring then goes through collapsing bridge on the griddle, gives his tool to the enemy thief and then returns back to safety.
On the left side the brick-layer grunt gets a shovel. Ducky goes to lure enemy boxer in the south-west area. Boxer passes through bridges and is ultimately killed after he crosses the checkpoint pyramids. Don’t take the boxing gloves yet!
Take the spring from the thief. All 3 gruntz go north, use enemy boomerang to release the GP. Using the toob and the springs to control the switches, all 3 go through the bridges and gauntletz steps on the RHS and waits.
On the right side, send one of your gruntz to the south to get the boxing gloves. He uses toys and gloves to get rid of enemy swords and collects the warpstone.
